Terms & Conditions

The Malaysian Dreamgirl Blog Contest ("Contest") is open to Malaysia citizens or residents only.

The Contest shall run for nine (9) weeks from 2nd March 2009 to 3rd May 2009 ("Contest Period" or "Season").

A Contest Week is defined as the seven (7) day period from 12.00am every Monday to 11.59pm on Sunday during the Contest Period. The Contest Weeks are:
- Week 1: 2nd March 2009 - 8th March 2009
- Week 2: 9th March 2009 - 15th March 2009
- Week 3: 16th March 2009 - 22nd March 2009
- Week 4: 23rd March 2009 - 29th March 2009
- Week 5: 30th March 2009 - 5th April 2009
- Week 6: 6th April 2009 - 12th April 2009
- Week 7: 13th April 2009 - 19th April 2009
- Week 8: 20th April 2009 - 26th April 2009
- Week 9: 27th April 2009 - 3rd May 2009
Participants must be registered bloggers of Nuffnang. If you are not, please sign up with Nuffnang before submitting your entries.

Participants should only submit their entries using the online contest form available at www.malaysiandreamgirl.tv. Participants should complete their personal particulars and the URL of the relevant blog post.

The relevant blog post must be written within the same Contest Week the entry is submitted.

Participants may submit as many entries as desired. However each unique blog post should not be entered more than once.

Prizes shall be awarded to participants with the most interesting blog post relating to the Malaysian Dreamgirl program or show episodes.

Weekly Prizes: Five (5) of either of the following weekly prizes shall be awarded each Contest Week:
1. RM150 of Escada fragrances; or
2. RM150 of Beautilicious cosmetics.
Weekly Prize winners are only entitled to one (1) prize for each Contest Week.

Season Prizes: Ten (10) makeover packages at Shawn Cutler hair salon worth RM500 shall be awarded at the end of the Contest Period.

Season Prize winners are only entitled to one (1) Season Prize each. The Season Prize winners shall be selected from the pool of Weekly Prize winners.

Grand Prize: One (1) HP Mini notebook will be awarded at the end of the Contest Period for the most interesting blog post overall.

The Grand Prize winner shall be selected from the pool of Weekly Prize winners.

Prize winners will be contacted by phone or email and will also be announced at www.malaysiandreamgirl.tv. The eligibility of prize winners is subject to them being contactable within seven (7) days of the date of their selection.

Prize winners must produce their original new IC as proof of identity. Prizes are not exchangeable for cash or other items and not transferable to other individuals.

Prize winners must claim their prizes at the office of Nuffnang Sdn. Bhd. within one (1) month of being notified. Any cost incurred in collecting the prizes shall be borne by the prize winners.

Capxion Media Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of a similar value at any time without prior notice.

All decisions by Capxion Media Sdn. Bhd. are final and indisputable. No correspondence or any form of enquiry or complaint will be entertained after the Contest ends.
